Job Diva ID: 26-05368 Position Title: LPN Outpatient Clinics Location: West Hollywood, CA 90048 Duration: 13 Week Work Schedule:Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00 Pay rate: $ 42 to $48 per hour
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Experience: 2 years of ambulatory/outpatient clinic
- CA LVN
- Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV and Blood withdrawal
- Special Requirements: Epic Req
Responsibilities:
Room and intake approximately 30 patients per day, including obtaining vital signs, reviewing medical histories, and performing medication reconciliation.
Collect, label, and handle urine specimens according to clinic protocols.
Perform bladder scans to assess post-void residual urine volume and document results.
Insert and remove Foley catheters in accordance with provider orders and clinic protocols.
Perform voiding trials and monitor patients' ability to urinate following catheter removal.
Assist physicians (MDs) and physician assistants (Client) with cystoscopies and prostate biopsy procedures.
Prepare patients, procedure rooms, and equipment before examinations and procedures.
Monitor patients during and after procedures, provide appropriate patient education, and report abnormal findings to the provider.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and documentation standards.
