You'll see your residents light up when you enter the room, help them build friendships, empower them to lead lives of purpose and be vital in ensuring we're more than just a senior-living center, but a community! LPN/RN Description:Utilize the nursing process, procedures and techniques to perform various duties such as evaluating resident needs, developing individual care plans, administering nursing care, and evaluating nursing careSupervises and directs care provided by unlicensed nursing staff in the delivery of nursing care to render general health care within scope of practiceEnsures that temperature, pulse, blood pressure and other vital sign checks including pacemakers checks are completed and recordedResponds and reacts to emergency calls from residents.Notifies physicians, supervisor, family or other appropriate personnel when unusual resident condition existsValid LPN License/ RN License2-4 years of related experience (Preferred)Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, has ability to prioritize work and address emergencies as they may occurKnowledge of HIPPA rules and regulations and of regulations and guidelines governing long-term care At Living Branches, a community with a 5-star CMS rating, our roots run deep!
