Holy Angels Residential Facility is in search of a License Practical Nurse (LPN). The LPN assists the Director of Nursing in administering healthcare services to the residents of Holy Angels.
Specific Skills and Responsibilities
· Administers medication and treatment to residents following Holy Angels’ standards of excellence and protocols · Measures, records, and monitors vital signs such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration · Documentation should exemplify excellence: detail, accurate, and timely · Reports any nursing care problems to the RN · Performs all other duties as requested by the RN and/or Director of Nursing Qualifications:
· Must maintain a current and valid LPN license according to the State of Louisiana · Must maintain a current and valid driver’s license
Education:
· GED or High School Diploma Required · LPN Degree Required
