JourneyPure Emerald Coast is seeking a full-time night shift LPN with a shift differential. In addition to the listed pay rage, the night shift differential is $5/hour for 8 of the 12 hours worked.

Job Description:
As an LPN at JourneyPure, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional nursing care and support to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing nursing assessments and providing direct patient care.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and symptoms.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assisting in patient assessments and evaluations.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families.
- Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
- Current, Florida LPN license or multi-state compact license equivalent
- BLS certification
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or long-term care environment.
