Job Description

  • Job Name- Licensed Practical Nurse

  • Job Type- Local & Travel job assignment.

  • Radius rule for travel candidate- Travel CNA' home address should be 50-mile away or greater from the facility' address at 707 North Elm St High Point NC 27262

  • Specialty- LPN – Rehab

  • EHR: N/A

  • Must Have Skills/Experience: BLS, Active LPN state license & 2+ year of LPN experience.

  • Preferred Skillset/Experience: N/A

  • Work location- Onsite at 707 North Elm St High Point NC 27262

  • Shift- Night Shift (6:45 AM to 3:15 PM )

  • Week work schedule would be: - Monday-Friday rotation

  • Weekend Hours: Every other weekend rotation

  • Hours per day: 8.5

  • Call Requirements: N/A

  • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40/week. (The Center/Facility has not approved more than 40 Guaranteed Hours in a week for this job assignment. No OT hours.)

  • Contract duration- 9 week (s) of contract
