Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including vital signs, wound care, injections, and medication administration
Assist physicians and advanced practitioners during patient examinations and procedures
Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records in the EMR system
Triage patients and communicate changes in patient condition to supervising providers
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and basic diagnostic procedures as needed
Ensure exam rooms are stocked, clean, and prepared for patient visits
Requirements:
Active Florida LPN license in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification required
Prior clinical or outpatient medical office experience preferred
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
Compassionate, team-oriented, and professional demeanor
