Our client, a well-established Orthopedic Practice in Uniondale, is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their growing clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN seeking a stable weekday schedule, competitive compensation, and long-term career growth in a specialty practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with orthopedic patient care and treatments
• Perform patient intake, assessments, and obtain vital signs
• Administer medications and injections as directed
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR
• Provide patient education and post-procedure instructions
• Coordinate follow-up care and appointments
• Support efficient patient flow throughout the practice

Requirements

• Active New York State LPN License
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred
• Orthopedic, outpatient, or specialty practice experience a plus
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
