Responsibilities
Provide nursing care and patient monitoring per LPN scope of practice.
Assess patient conditions and report changes to RNs and physicians.
Administer medications and document administration accurately.
Uphold patient privacy and HIPAA compliance at all times.
Maintain detailed, timely patient records and progress notes.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care plans.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development milestones.
Meet performance targets and contribute to pipeline-based success metrics.
Provide patient education and discharge planning under supervision.
Assist with basic clinical procedures and sterile technique.
Demonstrate reliability by timely attendance and consistent work ethic.
Experience/Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Arizona with current registration.
Current CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Proficient administration of medications with accurate documentation.
Strong HIPAA compliance and patient privacy adherence.
Commitment to infection control, sanitation, and safety protocols.
Experience delivering patient monitoring and basic clinical procedures.
Excellent charting and record-keeping with timely progress notes.
Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
Willingness to participate in continuous professional development and learning.
Evidence of reliability: punctuality, consistent attendance, and accountability.
