    Job Title: Laboratory Technologist

    Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Data Collection: Record and analyze test results, ensuring the precise and timely reporting of findings.
    • Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.
    • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to guarantee optimal functionality.
    • Compliance: Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to provide valuable insights into patient care.

    Requirements:

    To qualify for the Laboratory Technologist position, you should meet the following requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
    • Experience: Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and computer software for data analysis.

    Certification Requirements:

    • Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent is preferred.
