Primary Responsibilities
Perform automotive preventative services, including oil changes, fluid checks and refills, filter replacements, light and wiper inspections, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate services to help keep vehicles safe and properly maintained.
Provide friendly, professional customer service while acting as a trusted advisor to guests.
Learn and maintain knowledge of company products, services, repair procedures, and technology.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
