About the Role:
OFallon Mufflers Inc is looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our team in OFallon, MO! This is a great opportunity to build your automotive career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your work keeps customers safely on the road.



Responsibilities:

• Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs
• Check and top off fluids including coolant, brake fluid, power steering, and transmission fluid
• Rotate tires and check tire pressure as part of routine service
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
• Communicate vehicle findings and service recommendations to service advisors

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a lube technician or in an automotive service role preferred
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
