Lube Technician

What You’ll Do

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance services, including oil and fluid changes, filter replacements, and lubrication tasks
• Inspect vehicles for routine service needs and communicate findings to the service team
• Check tire pressure, top off fluids, and complete multi-point inspections as assigned
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and manufacturer recommendations
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers and team members
• Document completed work accurately and notify leadership of any concerns or additional service needs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in automotive maintenance or quick-service repair is helpful, but not required
• Ability to learn and follow standard service procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to use hand tools and shop equipment
• Must be able to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and perform physically active tasks
