Job DescriptionPosition SummaryPerforms automotive maintenance services accurately, safely, and efficiently in accordance with Jiffy Lube procedures and company standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform oil changes, lubrication services, and fluid checks.Inspect, replace, and service engine and cabin air filters and other applicable filters.Check and fill vehicle fluids; inflate tires as needed.Operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.Use service systems, point-of-scale equipment, and diagnostic lookup tools.Explain recommended services and products to customers professionally and accurately.Complete work orders and maintain accurate service records.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment inside and outside.Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.Maintain required Jiffy Lube training and certifications.Assist with customer greeting, phone calls, transaction, stocking, and other store duties as needed.Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a positive customer-service attitude.QualificationsValid driver's license, ability to perform physical tasks, read and write effectively, communicate professionally, and follow company policies and procedures.Additional ResponsibilitiesManagement may assign other job-related duties as needed. Employees may be required to work at other company locations with the franchise with the High Desert.
