Cadillac Marin is looking for experienced automotive sales professionals who are ready to take their career to the next level in a luxury automotive environment.

This is more than a traditional sales position.

Our Sales & Finance Consultants manage the customer's complete A-to-Z purchasing experience — from the initial introduction and vehicle selection through demonstration, negotiation, financing, paperwork, and final delivery.

We're looking for someone who already understands automotive sales and knows how to build relationships, follow up with customers, close deals, and deliver a professional buying experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Luxury Sales & Finance Consultant, you'll manage the customer's experience from beginning to end.

You'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and creating a professional first impression
  

• Building strong customer relationships and establishing trust
  

• Identifying customer needs, preferences, and budget
  

• Presenting and demonstrating Cadillac vehicles
  

• Conducting professional test drives
  

• Explaining vehicle features, technology, options, and benefits
  

• Following up with internet, phone, and showroom customers
  

• Maintaining an active customer pipeline
  

• Negotiating and closing vehicle purchases
  

• Working with management to structure and finalize deals
  

• Presenting purchase and payment options
  

• Guiding customers through the financing process
  

• Working closely with Finance to ensure a smooth transaction
  

• Understanding automotive finance and insurance fundamentals
  

• Completing sales and finance paperwork accurately
  

• Coordinating the transaction from signed deal to final delivery
  

• Preparing customers for vehicle delivery
  

• Providing a professional luxury delivery experience
  

• Following up after the sale
  

• Generating repeat and referral business
  

• Building long-term relationships with your customer base
  

FROM THE FIRST HELLO TO THE FINAL DELIVERY

Our Sales & Finance Consultants are involved in the entire automotive transaction.

You'll work with customers from the moment they begin shopping through:

Customer Introduction Needs Assessment Vehicle Selection Product Presentation Demonstration Test Drive Negotiation Deal Structure Financing Contracting Final Delivery Follow-Up

The goal is to provide a seamless, professional experience throughout every step of the purchase.

Successful Sales Consultants will also have the opportunity to expand their knowledge of automotive finance and grow toward the Finance Consultant side of the business.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

We're looking for an experienced automotive sales professional who has a proven understanding of the dealership sales process.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous automotive dealership sales experience
  

• Experience selling new and/or used vehicles
  

• Experience handling showroom and internet customers
  

• Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills
  

• Experience conducting test drives and vehicle presentations
  

• Experience negotiating and closing vehicle sales
  

• Understanding of the automotive sales process from start to finish
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Professional appearance and demeanor
  

• Strong work ethic and competitive drive
  

• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
  

• Excellent organization and attention to detail
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
  

• Availability to work evenings and weekends
  

Luxury automotive experience is a plus.

Experience with brands such as Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Acura, Volvo, Infiniti, Genesis, Land Rover, or other premium/luxury brands is a plus.

Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

COMPENSATION

$6,000–$12,000+ PER MONTH
