Schedule: Part-time, Sat & Sun

Hours: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Compensation: $20-$22.50 / hour

We are growing and seeking to hire a Luxury Residential Concierge, who is enthusiastic about providing top-notch service. This position will be located onsite in Washington, DC at our brand-new property the Florian.

 

Position Overview

As the night-time Luxury Residential Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in curating a unique and inspiring living experience for our residents. You will be providing exceptional service and creating a supportive community environment that encourages creativity and personal growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Greeting all incoming individuals and providing guidance to residents, guests, vendors, and associates.
  • Act as a liaison between residents and management, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of resident services, including but not limited to leasing, move-ins, and move-outs. Provide guided tours of open units with current residents, resident referrals and incoming prospects, or other stakeholders as needed.
  • Assist with community events, workshops, and activities designed to foster connections among residents and promote collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the physical environment aligns with our community values and enhances the resident experience.
  • Maintain resident records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and procedures.
  • Monitor resident feedback and implement improvements based on insights gathered.
  • Will be responsible for conducting routine property inspections. 

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 1+ years of proven experience in property management, hospitality, marketing, or customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building community (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for creating meaningful connections.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for developing innovative solutions to enhance resident satisfaction.
