Luxury Custom Home Assistant Project Manager - Miami

• Assist Project Managers with budgeting, scheduling, and project administration
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation
• Support subcontractor management and day-to-day project execution
• Track project costs, schedules, and project progress reporting
• Collaborate with field teams, consultants, and clients throughout construction

A successful Luxury Custom Home Assistant Project Manager should have:

• 2+ years of Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer experience
• Luxury residential, custom home, condominium, or multifamily construction experience preferred
• General Contractor experience required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
