Job Description
Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Oversee daily field operations for luxury custom home projects from start to completion. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and construction schedules. Maintain quality control standards across all phases of construction. Manage homeowner, architect, and consultant interactions throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest level of craftsmanship.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Luxury Custom Home Superintendent should have: Superintendent experience delivering custom luxury homes of 10,000+ SF. Background in both ground-up construction and major residential renovations. Strong understanding of high-end finishes and custom residential construction techniques. Proven track record of long-term tenure with previous employers. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
