Luxury Custom Homes Superintendent
Our client, a premier luxury residential general contractor specializing in custom waterfront estates, ultra-luxury residences, and architecturally significant homes throughout Miami and South Florida, is looking for a Luxury Custom Homes Superintendent.

Job Description
- Oversee daily construction activities on luxury custom home projects to maintain progress against project plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site crews to keep work aligned across project phases.
- Review completed work and address site issues to maintain the expected quality of each home.
- Track project schedules and communicate updates to keep construction activities on course.
- Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics to avoid delays in active work areas.
- Maintain clear site records, including daily activity updates, schedules, and project documentation.
- Work with the construction team to resolve field conditions and keep projects moving forward.
- Promote safe work practices across the job site and address hazards as they arise.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Luxury Custom Homes Superintendent should have:
- Experience overseeing residential construction projects from site activity through project completion.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, material deliveries, and daily job-site priorities.
- Ability to read and follow construction plans, schedules, and project documentation.
- Experience reviewing work quality and resolving field issues during construction.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination.
- Clear communication skills for working with construction teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
