Luxury Custom Homes Superintendent

• Oversee daily construction activities on luxury custom home projects to maintain progress against project plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site crews to keep work aligned across project phases.
• Review completed work and address site issues to maintain the expected quality of each home.
• Track project schedules and communicate updates to keep construction activities on course.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics to avoid delays in active work areas.
• Maintain clear site records, including daily activity updates, schedules, and project documentation.
• Work with the construction team to resolve field conditions and keep projects moving forward.
• Promote safe work practices across the job site and address hazards as they arise.

• Experience overseeing residential construction projects from site activity through project completion.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, material deliveries, and daily job-site priorities.
• Ability to read and follow construction plans, schedules, and project documentation.
• Experience reviewing work quality and resolving field issues during construction.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination.
• Clear communication skills for working with construction teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
