Luxury Home Project Manager

Project Leadership

• Manage luxury residential projects from inception through completion.
• Lead all phases of construction, including preconstruction, permitting, procurement, construction, and project closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and execution plans.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges before they impact project performance.

Client & Team Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, interior designers, and consultants.
• Build trusted relationships with discerning clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates regarding budget, schedule, and progress.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field staff to maintain seamless project execution.

Financial Management

• Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor job costs, change orders, allowances, and owner selections.
• Review subcontractor proposals, contracts, and payment applications.
• Ensure financial objectives and profitability goals are achieved.

Preconstruction & Procurement

• Participate in budgeting and value engineering efforts during design development.
• Review plans and specifications for constructability.
• Coordinate procurement of long-lead materials and specialty finishes.
• Assist in subcontractor selection and contract negotiations.

Quality & Craftsmanship

• Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout every phase of construction.
• Oversee inspections and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and local building requirements.
• Coordinate punch-list completion and project turnover.
• Ensure all work reflects the level of craftsmanship expected in luxury residential construction.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• Extensive experience managing custom homes, luxury estates, or high-end residential renovations.
• Proven ability to manage projects valued at $5M to $30M+.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Knowledge of South Florida construction practices, permitting processes, and building codes.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with high-net-worth clients and elite design professionals.
