Lead a Landmark Luxury Hospitality Project

With a reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects and a culture centered around investing in people, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a premier luxury hospitality project while mentoring the next generation of project leaders.
Job Description
Lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage project budgets, forecasting, buyout processes, and cost controls.
Drive project schedules while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and internal project reviews.
Oversee subcontractor management, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
Identify project risks and develop recovery plans when needed.
Mentor and develop junior project management and field teams.

The Successful Applicant
6+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
Experience delivering luxury hospitality, hotel, high-end residential, or multifamily projects.
Strong understanding of premium finishes and complex construction scopes.
Proven ability to manage project financials, schedules, and client relationships.
Passion for mentoring others and developing high-performing teams.
