Key Responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional massages and body treatments following our award-winning protocols
- Fully prepare each treatment based on our treatment criteria
- Educate guests on the benefits of the service performed and recommend products for home use
- Upsell our other great services and provide enhancement treatments
- Maintain a current and valid Arkansas massage license
- Ensure all treatment areas meet our brand standards
- Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills
