Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct one open houses weekly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

  • Active California Real Estate License
  • 3+ years of residential real estate sales experience preferred
  • Passion for luxury real estate and delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
  • Professional, polished, and able to maintain discretion when working with high-profile clients
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Growth-oriented and eager to continuously learn and develop professionally
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a high-performance environment
  • Experience with CRM platforms, digital marketing, and social media is a plus
