• Represent a strategy for the Listings Side in Luxury Properties and surrounding Luxury Markets
• Convert and nurture team-provided leads

Qualifications

To be successful as a Luxury Real Estate Agent, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Active Arizona Real Estate License
• On-site availability for the first 4 weeks, aligned with our invested lead generation training
• 1+ year experience in Real Estate or 3+ years of Sales Experience (Multiple Industries Considered)
• Comfort and proficiency with technology platforms, including CRM systems, communication tools, and digital marketing software
• Obsessed with the Client Experience

Our Team only hires Full-Time Agents who can dedicate 30+ hours a week consistency to building a predictable income in an unpredictable industry.
