Luxury Real Estate Specialist

Summary

Limbird Real Estate Group is seeking a full-time Luxury Real Estate Specialist to serve buyers and sellers across Northwest Arkansas. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced real estate professional interested in building a business focused on high-value properties and discerning clients.

Previous luxury real estate experience is preferred but not required. We provide the support, proven systems, technology, and coaching you need to expand your business while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads each week using PLACE and the team’s lead generation systems.
• Follow up with buyers and sellers and stay in touch throughout the sales process.
• Host approximately two open houses each month.
• Meet with buyers to understand their goals, explain the process, answer questions, and work toward signed buyer agreements.
• Meet with sellers to discuss their goals, pricing, marketing, and the listing process.
• Prepare and negotiate offers for buyers and sellers, including price, terms, and contingencies.
• Keep clients updated and make sure questions and next steps don’t fall through the cracks.
• Participate in weekly script practice, team training, and coaching.
• Keep leads, client activity, listings, and transactions organized in PLACE.
• Follow team systems and processes while providing each client with a personal and professional experience.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license required.
• Previous real estate sales experience preferred.
• Luxury or higher-value real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable prospecting, following up, generating leads, and managing a pipeline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to build trust with clients and handle questions and objections confidently.
• Organized and able to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and transactions.
• Willing to learn and use sales scripts, technology, and established team systems.
• Full-time commitment to building a career in real estate.
