Luxury Residential Project Manager

* Manage luxury residential projects from inception to completion
* Oversee construction schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
* Coordinate with owners, architects, and design teams
* Drive quality control and construction excellence

Lead ultra-high-end waterfront custom home projectsJoin a respected luxury builder with 50+ years of success

• 10+ years of ground-up luxury custom home construction experience
• Proven experience running custom home projects from start to finish
• Experience with homes exceeding 8,000 SF
• Waterfront or oceanfront construction experience required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Project
• Piling experience preferred
• Stable work history and strong leadership capabilities

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000+ + bonus + benefits
