Join Our Team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for IDD patients in California!

We are seeking dedicated LVNs to join our team at a 6-bed ICF facility in California, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee and coordinate medical care for residents
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and other personal care needs
  • Support a dynamic team committed to enhancing quality of life for individuals served
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare protocols and regulations

Required Skills:
  • Valid LVN license in California
  • Proven experience in healthcare, preferably with IDD or long-term care settings
  • Strong assessment and clinical skills
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience in an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) setting
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and state-specific regulations
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse certification in California
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant healthcare experience in similar settings
  • Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
  • Willingness to adhere to facility policies and procedures
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if travel is required
  • Certification in CPR/BLS (or willing to obtain upon hire)
