Valid Phlebotomy Technician Certificate (PTC) in the state of California (CA)
ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in California (CA)
Overview
This contract role seeks a skilled LVN or CMA with strong phlebotomy and immunization experience. The position offers flexible scheduling with a preference for midweek shifts and involves both clinical and administrative duties in a supportive healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, patient‑focused, and comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform phlebotomy and administer immunizations
Take patient vitals including blood pressure, temperature, height, weight, and oxygen saturation
Provide front desk support including patient check‑in
Manage referrals and inventory
Support lab procedures including point‑of‑care testing
Conduct body composition testing
Schedule and Shift Details
Flexible schedule with preference for Tuesday through Thursday
