Your Role

• Provide complete care to clients during 12-hour shifts.
• Administer medications with accuracy and document care meticulously.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes.
• Deliver one-on-one nursing care with compassion and respect.

What We Need

• A valid LVN license in Texas.
• Over 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in hospice, home health, or hospitals.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable providing care in a private home setting.
