What You’ll Do

• Assess residents’ health status and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly
• Provide education, support, and reassurance to residents and families
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
• Accurately document resident care and progress within the EMR system
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal nursing regulations
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas LVN or RN license in good standing (required)
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize resident needs
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
