Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
Complete assessments, wound care, and medication management
Collaborate with care teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements
Active Texas LVN license
1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred but not required)
CPR certification
Reliable transportation
Strong communication & documentation skills
Ability to work independently in the field

p>Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) - Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary TB skin test (current within last 12 months) Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required Must have reliable transportation. 24/7 Local support from operators and clinicians Aveanna has a tablet in each patient's home allowing for electronic documentation Career Pathing with opportunities for skill advancement Weekly and/or Daily Pay Employee Stock Purchase Plan with 15% discount Employee Relief Fund*.
