    Tasks-
    Run all portfolio sales
    Communicate with landlords, lenders, brokers, attorneys, etc.
    Set up landlord reporting systems
    Run audits
    Tax preparations
    Communicate with legal team

    Qualifications-
    Experience selling and purchasing 10+ million dollar aquisitions in healthcare 
    Detail oriented
    Good communication skills
    Experience with data collections
    Experience providing and reading duedilegence with brokers
