Additional Information: Hourly wage is $30 per hour. This is a 40 hour per week position **Responsibilities** The Customer Service team provides unique services and support to internal organizations and customers worldwide. Supported online venues include Oracle Store, Oracle Software Delivery Cloud, License Key Provisioning and internal distribution of Employee Laptops. Customer Service analysts deliver service and support that represents the highest level of customer service and quality. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1.
