We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives focused on Microsoft 365 governance, information protection, records retention, collaboration security, and platform modernization. The ideal candidate will drive complex, cross-functional programs from planning through implementation and operational transition, partnering with engineering, information security, legal, compliance, architecture, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise technology programs covering Microsoft 365 governance, information protection, security, records retention, and platform modernization.
- Develop and manage program roadmaps, milestones, scope, resources, dependencies, risks, and governance processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, information security, legal, compliance, enterprise architecture, and business operations.
- Facilitate technical discussions, challenge assumptions, identify risks, and drive timely decisions with technical subject matter experts.
- Provide executive-level reporting on program progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Manage stakeholder communications, vendor coordination, and implementation readiness.
- Support migration, modernization, backup and recovery, information lifecycle management, and governance initiatives.
- Ensure successful transition of project deliverables into sustainable operational processes.
- Use Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for program tracking, documentation, and roadmap management.
Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, enterprise technology program delivery, or related roles.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Purview.
- Experience with tenant-wide governance, data classification, information lifecycle management, migration, backup, and recovery initiatives.
- Strong program management skills, including roadmap planning, risk management, dependency tracking, resource coordination, and executive reporting.
- Experience coordinating engineering, security, compliance, legal, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Experience managing governance, information management, security, compliance, or platform transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable program management tools.
