Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Design enterprise collaboration, identity, security, governance, and migration architectures across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Power Platform.
- Define the target-state M365 architecture, including tenant strategy, information architecture, identity/access model, external collaboration, data lifecycle, retention, security, and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership for complex tenant-to-tenant migrations—establishing migration standards, tool strategy, wave design, cutover approach, risk mitigation, and post-migration validation.
- Act as the senior technical advisor to business and IT leadership; translate business needs into scalable M365 roadmaps, guide engineering teams, resolve complex design issues, and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 10+ years of Microsoft 365 experience.
- Proven experience in designing enterprise collaboration and migration architectures.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Power Platform.
