Cenveo | Williamsburg, PA Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters and Adjuster Trainees to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality. Pay & Schedule $23.83/hr + shift premium $0.35/hr (when working nights). 2 days and 2 nights required : Day shift 7am -- 7pm / Night shift 7pm -- 7am. Mandatory Overtime is required for 1-2 days during this busy season. Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs. Primary Duties Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime Inspect product quality and minimize waste Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely Job Requirements 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable Consistent attendance and dependability are critical for this role Physical Requirements Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment CENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER INDCVOP
