Description: Job description: Assistant Operator Location: Bartlett, IL Pay: $21 $22 per hour Job Type: Performance-to-Hire Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 7:15 AM 7:30 PM Night Shift: 7:15 PM 7:30 AM Schedule: 4 days per week. Mandatory 12-hour shifts. Job Description We are hiring Assistant Operators / Catchers for an extrusion manufacturing operation in Bartlett, IL. In this role, you will assist with extrusion production by catching, handling, inspecting, packing, and preparing finished products for shipment. Responsibilities Catch and handle finished products coming off extrusion equipment. Inspect products for visible defects and quality issues. Pack and prepare finished products for shipment. Assist machine operators with daily production activities. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety procedures and production instructions. Help maintain production and quality standards. Requirements Must be able to work mandatory 12-hour shifts. Must be available for the assigned first or night shift. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to perform physical production work as required. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
