Immediate Hire - Machine Maintenance Mechanic

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on conveyor systems machinery including scanners, scales, photo eyes and other electrical components
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues
• Perform building maintenance including plumbing, mechanical and electrical
• Install and replace lights and fixtures
• Operate equipment such has boom and scissor lifts
• Use hand and power tools
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Previous experience with repairing and maintaining conveyor systems in a manufacturing or distribution capacity
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Skilled with applicable tools
• Lift experience a plus
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $30.00 per hour
• Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30 - 5:30pm with occasional overtime (as late at 9pm) or 2nd shift 12pm - 8:30pm Monday - Friday
