Location: Roseville, MIPay: $16.50 per hourShifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to operate production equipment, including welding machines, presses, benders, and other manufacturing machinery.

What You'll Do

• Operate production machinery, including welders, presses, and benders.

• Load and unload parts according to work instructions.

• Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Inspect finished parts and identify defects.

• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

• Properly tag and handle completed products.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing machinery and equipment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.

• Ability to bend, twist, squat, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks.

• Strong attendance, reliability, and a positive attitude.

• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
