Machine Operator – 1st Shift | $19/hr

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $19/hr to start | $20/hr upon permanent hire

What You'll Do

• Operate forming and CNC trimming machinery to meet daily production goals.
• Follow work orders, instructions, and drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Inspect raw materials before processing and finished parts after production.
• Perform quality inspections on every part to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Submit first-piece samples to Quality Control for approval before beginning production.
• Monitor production rates, cycle times, and overall machine performance.
• Identify quality concerns and communicate issues to the appropriate team members.
• Verify materials, components, and packaging match production requirements.
• Complete required production paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE usage and emergency shutdown protocols.
• Help reduce scrap, improve efficiency, and maintain consistent production quality.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production orders, and basic drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Basic understanding of machine safety and manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn new equipment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting production expectations.
