Our client specializes in precision metal processing, working with stainless steel and aluminum to produce high-quality materials for a variety of industries. We're looking for someone who enjoys a hands-on environment, knows how to keep production running smoothly, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor industrial machinery used to process stainless steel and aluminum.
• Load, position, and move large metal coils using overhead cranes, hoists, and forklifts.
• Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and technical specifications.
• Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements and customer specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance, material quality, and production efficiency.
• Inspect finished products using tape measures, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Identify quality concerns and make adjustments to maintain product standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with routine machine maintenance.
• Clean and lubricate machinery, tools, and equipment.
• Label and prepare finished materials for additional processing or shipment.
• Work closely with production team members to meet daily goals and minimize scrap.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of manufacturing, industrial machine operation, or metal processing experience.
• Experience operating large industrial machinery preferred.
• Familiarity with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or metal coil processing is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read and understand production orders, instructions, and technical specifications.
• Experience using measuring tools to verify product quality and accuracy.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred; company-specific certifications required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work on elevated platforms and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime, including extended shifts and occasional Saturdays, as production needs require.
• Ability to train on first shift before transitioning to second shift.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
