• Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

• Friday: As needed based on production demands

Job Description

Manpower is currently hiring dependable and hardworking 2nd Shift Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturing company in West Palm Beach, FL.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling experience who are looking for a consistent schedule and a hands-on work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with manufacturing and production equipment.

• Follow written work instructions, production orders, and supervisor directions.

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the production process.

• Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies.

• Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning equipment, and removing debris.

• Assist with material handling and other production-related tasks as needed.

• Maintain excellent attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred.

• Forklift operating experience is a plus.

• Material handling or warehouse experience preferred.

• Ability to perform basic math calculations involving weights, measurements, and formulas.

• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and production orders.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with supervisors and team members.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to workplace safety.

• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to push or pull up to 55 lbs.

• Ability to stand for approximately 80–85% of the shift.

• Ability to frequently bend, twist, squat, climb, and crawl.

• Comfortable working in a physically active manufacturing environment.

Safety Requirements

• Steel-toed boots are required.
