    Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you''ll play an important role in producing high-quality products that help protect our customers'' products and systems around the world. In this hands-on role, you''ll operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, and work alongside a team committed to safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

    Responsibilities

    About the Role:

    Position Summary:

    • Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
    • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards.
    • Monitor machines during operation and make minor adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
    • Perform quality inspections and accurately document production results.
    • Follow production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
    • Load raw materials and package finished products according to specifications.
    • Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to supervision.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
    • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Skills and Experience:

    • High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
    • Ability to read and follow written instructions and production documentation.
    • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
    • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
