We're looking for experienced Machine Operators to join a growing team in Norway, IA! If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable working with computers, and know your way around production equipment, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Available Shifts

• 
  2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM–11:30 PM
  
• 
  3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 11:30 PM–7:30 AM
  

What You'll Be Doing

• 
  Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machinery
  
• 
  Using computerized systems to control equipment, track production, and enter data
  
• 
  Troubleshooting minor equipment issues to keep production running smoothly
  
• 
  Performing quality checks and ensuring products meet standards
  
• 
  Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  Previous machine operating experience is required
  
• 
  Strong computer skills are a must!
  
• 
  Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and stay on top of production needs
  
• 
  Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
