We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to operate and monitor production machinery in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, following safety procedures, and maintaining consistent production and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery according to company procedures.
Set up machines and make basic adjustments as needed.
Load raw materials or components into machinery.
Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
Monitor machine operation and report equipment issues or malfunctions.
Perform basic troubleshooting and notify maintenance when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Complete production paperwork and documentation as required.
Meet daily production and quality goals.
Assist with other production duties as assigned.
