Job Description
What you will do:- Operate plastics machine equipment and follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards during each shift.
- Load, unload, sort, stage, and move raw materials, components, and finished goods through the production process.
- Inspect in-process and completed plastic parts for quality, dimensions, defects, and conformance to specifications.
- Monitor equipment operation, identify basic process or equipment issues, and report concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow site procedures for material handling, storage, and disposal.
- Support daily production goals by meeting assigned productivity targets and adjusting to changing manufacturing priorities as needed.

Experience you’ll need to have:- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
- Ability to use basic computer systems to enter, review, or track production or quality information.
Experience that would be great to have:- 1+ year of experience operating production machinery and performing routine maintenance.
- Experience with warehouse staging and inventory systems (e.g., handheld barcode scanners, basic WMS).
- Completed safety training such as OSHA-10 or equivalent and demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures.
