Machine Operator

Full-Time, Contract to Hire
$16 per hour to start – 1^st shift

$17 per hour to start – 2^nd shift
Advancement potential once hired on up to approximately $26 per hour

A well-established company in Cincinnati, OH is hiring Machine Operators for first and second shift.

First shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Second shift: 3:30 p.m.–midnight, with a $1 shift premium

Responsibilities include:

• Operating production machinery
• Loading and unloading materials
• Inspecting finished parts
• Using tape measures and basic measuring tools
• Making machine adjustments
• Learning setups and tooling changes
• Following safety and quality procedures

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable and mechanically inclined
• Comfortable with physical work
• Willing to learn and grow
• Comfortable using tools and basic measurements
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Candidates from automotive, warehouse, construction, assembly, fabrication, maintenance, and other hands-on backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
