Machine Operator

Our client, in Columbus NE, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing and Quality teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, self-motivation, and dependability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Columbus, NE

Pay Range: 20.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Package finished products according to established quality standards.
• Stock and replenish packaging materials throughout the production area.
• Complete quality and production documentation accurately and timely.
• Operate automatic box-closing equipment and move pallets using a pallet jack.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following GMP requirements and safety procedures.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Steel toe or composite toe shoes required.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend documentation in English.
• Ability to work independently on a rotating 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM shift schedule, including weekends.
