Job Description
Resource MFG has immediate openings for Machine Operators in Comstock Park, MI! This is a temp to hire opportunity with a company that manufactures manufactures specialized industrial HVAC, make-up air, and air-handling systems.
Morning Shift
Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm
Friday 6am-2:30pm
Saturday 6 hours of OT every other week
Pay $20.00-$21.00
Unlimited referral bonus
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment according to production requirements.
- Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and basic blueprints.
- Load materials and components into machines and ensure proper operation throughout the production process.
- Inspect finished parts and assemblies to verify quality standards are met.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns.
- Utilize measuring tools and gauges to verify product specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with additional manufacturing and assembly duties as needed.
Previous machine operator experience required
