+ 1st Shift Grinding: $17/hour

+ 2nd and 3rd Shift Grinding: $18/hour

+ 1st Shift Assembly: $15.50/hour

+ 2nd and 3rd Shift Assembly: $16.50/hour

Pay Rate: $15.50 - $18.00 / hour

Duties:

We have two departments we are hiring for: Assembly and Grinding. Job responsibilities for both are as follows, but not limited to:

+ Maintaining a safe work environment

+ Responsible for completing control plan inspections

+ Load, unload, sort, and inspect proper parts and assemblies according to control plans and ensure accurate assembly.

+ Efficiently runs and operates all required equipment.

+ Completes line start-ups and changeover activities

+ Completes other job duties as delegated by the department's Shift Supervisor or Manager

+ Cross-trains into different areas as needed to help maintain production demands

+ Steel-toed boots are required

Position Requirements:

Assembly: Required to frequently lift up to 45 pounds; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch; rarely required to crawl

Grinding: Same requirements as assembly, along with occasionally pushing/pulling up to 80 pounds; rarely lifts up to 80 pounds.

+ Manufacturing experience not needed.

+ Ability to perform basic math, all units of measure

+ Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.50 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
